Teaching:

1992 – Present
In-office consulting in over 200 private dental practices using the JP Institute “Evolutionary Hygiene” training curriculum and philosophy, which includes “hands on” training of each dental team member in etiology, time management, fee-structuring, verbal communication skills, and case acceptance for ideal/optimum dentistry, hygiene procedure distinctions, identifying team support and individual roles in all aspects of patient care/case acceptance/periodontal treatment and therapy. Training is also provided in the clinical setting for all appropriate team members and includes hands-on early disease recognition, probing continuity, micro-ultrasonic instrumentation techniques, therapeutic techniques, use of adjunctive therapies  (LAA) and treatment planning.

Additionally, as a top tier trainer of JP Consultants Institute, Kim provides training of the JP curriculum and her personal expertise and experiences in a variety of settings, which include study groups, seminars, workshops and speaking engagements both in the United States and Canada.

Co-Director and key presenter of the Dynamic Team Concepts continuing education curriculums taught at the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies, teaching on the average of twice per month year round.
